- This session will help participants to understand:
- Our current diverse population in the UK
- How the law protects us
- The differences in discrimination
- Responsibilities of employers and employees
- Updates on new legislation and how it affects us
- Why and how people bully others
- What constitutes bullying and harassment
- What is a diverse workforce and what are the benefits
Assessment information
The participants are expected to contribute fully to the session. There is no exam included.

This course is normally delivered in 4 hours.
