Increasingly staffs are being asked to write reports for a variety of reasons; there is a need for accuracy, confidentiality and clarity within a written report. Depending on who the recipient is there may be a particular layout required. This session will give staff the tools to be effective in their report writing skills.

This course is delivered over half a day or can be repeated twice in one day. It is delivered at your workplace or a suitable venue nearby for up to 15 people.
The section on annual reports* within the syllabus is only completed if the organisation has the majority of participants on the course requiring this knowledge.
