Time Management Stress management
Stress is part and parcel of everyday life now and we have all been stressed at some point in our lives. There are many reasons for being stressed; in the workplace stress can be bought on by intense pressure to meet deadlines, too much work to get done in a day and other such tasks.
Therefore we address this by looking at Time management skills; by working smarter and not harder you can learn to prioritise workloads, fit more into a day and have a more efficient working week.
This in turn can help reduce stress levels and help you to enjoy your work and enable you to have a work-life balance. We combine the two sessions into a days training delivery addressing time management in the morning and stress management in the afternoon.
